After being sick on and off for much of my life with colds, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), anxiety - I finally found true relief when I realized that imbalance and subsequent illness doesn't just start from the physical body but may originate from the emotional and spiritual body as well. 

I've had many fruitful years doing what I love, being able to help patients heal in both the traditional and integrative spaces but something shifted when the pandemic happened - people were lonelier and more disconnected than ever before and needed more help than could be provided in an out patient setting. Post pandemic I found many of my patients grappling with very similar issues I had when I was younger and I then realized the urgent need to compile my knowledge and share even more of what I had learnt during my years of healing myself and others. All i've ever wanted was to "heal the world and make it a better place" as Michael Jackson sang about (that was my favourite song as a toddler and now I see why).
